A retirement-friendly arts town, with more than 30% of residents 65 or older.
Ivins has grown into one of Washington County's most desirable small cities, drawing retirees to Kayenta's art village and quiet, low-crime streets on the edge of Snow Canyon State Park. Census data shows nearly a third of Ivins residents are 65 or older — a big part of why staying safely in the home you already love here matters. Southwest Home Access connects Ivins homeowners with local contractors for grab bars, curbless showers, ramps, and stairlifts, without the national call-center runaround.
Ivins' hillside lots near Snow Canyon State Park mean many homes have steps at the front entry or a walk-up garage — exactly the kind of layout where a well-designed ramp or handrail system makes the biggest safety difference.
